Location: London (hybrid working and extensive travel)

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 basic per annum + competitive package

Sales Operations Director – The Role:

As a result of their continued success, they are looking to bring onboard a Sales Operations Director to introduce a best practice approach to sales and ensure they are making the most out of every sales lead and contact. 

Working closely alongside all functions of the business, you play an instrumental part in developing a robust and data driven sales process, focusing on delivering a high sales conversation rate. You will be involved all aspects from lead generation, stakeholder management, closing of the deals and ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients. 

Sales Operations Director – Responsibilities:

- Sales Process Management: Develop, standardise and optimise sales processes to enhance efficiency and predictability; manage sales pipeline and workflow aligned with company goals

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales data for performance trends, generate reports to inform strategic decisions and set realistic sales targets

- CRM Management: Oversee all aspects of the CRM ensuring that all relevant data is captured

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other functions in the business to align sales strategies with company objectives and ensure seamless communication/co-ordination among departments

Sales Operations Director – You:

- Experience selling into the high voltage power space 

- Strong understanding of a consultative sales process, including CRM management

- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and technical experience
