What will you do as a Sales Order Processor?
- Liaise with the 3PL partners, ensuring orders are sent OTIF
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure any problems are addressed prior to shipping
- Manage the process from initial order to dispatch and aftersales support
- Prepare export documentation such as cert of origin, EUR1 and BSE free cert
- Process export ecommerce orders accurately onto the system
- Deal with stock issues, back orders and work closely with supply chain
- Raise export orders requests
- Customer invoicing, CRM management and credit refunds
- Build strong relationships with retail partners
What do you need as a Sales Order Processor?
- Processed B2B orders liaising with 3PL partners within consumer goods ( Essential )
- Analytical and advanced excel user ( Essential )
- Experience preparing export and customs documents
- Managed relationships with UK grocer accounts would be desirable
- Ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Previously used ERP systems
