Sales Progressor - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Hyde is looking to recruit a Sales Progressor.

As a Sales Progressor at Hyde you will be working within our Portfolio Management Team to supporting the Sales Manager in the sale of Hyde’s existing void stock.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the sale of void assets.
  • Working with senior lawyers on sale transactions.
  • Obtaining updates on sales activity & progression of conveyancing process.
  • Coordinating compliance info needed for legal packs.
  • Coordinating receipt of and response to replies to legal enquiries working with internal teams to collate information.
  • Maintaining data base of forecast sales completions and achieved completions.
  • Coordinating completion documentation and circulating to internal team.

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

  • Good organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to use excel and databases
  • Understanding of the conveyance process
  • Understanding of the Portfolio Management function

Preferred

  • Experience of working in residential sales within the UK
  • Previous sales progression experience
