Sales Progressor - Islington

£30,000 - £35,000 plus bonuses based on performance.

This is a seriously exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join this truly exceptional independent agent based in North and North West London.

As a Sales Progressor you will be responsible for managing and coordinating property sales transactions, liaising with clients, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure a successful and timely completion. This role requires a detail orientated individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Progression : Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process, from offer acceptance to exchange and completion
  • Client communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, buyers, solicitors and other relevant parties to provide updates and ensure a smooth transaction
  • Problem solving: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process, ensuring minimal delays
  • Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Legal Compliance: Stay up to date with property law and regulations to ensure all transactions are conducted legally and ethically
  • Negotiations: Handle negotiations and mediations between clients and buyers to address and concerns or disputes.
  • Pipeline management: Manage a portfolio of property sales, keeping track of progress and deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of property sales for management and clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in sales, lettings and administration to ensure a coordinated approach.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and tie management abilities.
  • A proactive and solutions-focussed mindset.
  • Proficient in IT.
  • Some knowledge of property law and legislation is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
