Description

As a sales protégé, you will get a truly unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director of the Live Group to support them with all B2B Enterprise Sales activities. Shadowing and supporting an esteemed sales leader, you will learn, do, develop and progress your career! You will do this in a progressive environment; with the support of some of the most inspirational and competent colleagues you will ever meet; all from a state-of-the-art Central London office.

The role offers the following learning opportunities:

  • A unique opportunity to shadow the Managing Director in attending client sales pitches and learning the 'dos' and 'don'ts' of pitching to senior decision makers.
  • Learn how to professionally and appropriately communicate with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand the value of following a sales process when selling, as well as learning a variety of sales approaches and how they are relevant to different situations/clients.
  • Learn how to track, forecast and report commercial activity and revenue.
  • Learn how to create engaging and inspiring sales pitch decks - then learn how to deliver the pitch, understand buying signals and overcome a wide variety of buyer objections.
  • Exposure to large global corporate clients and an opportunity to learn how to navigate the senior decision maker landscape.
  • Learn how important internal collaboration really is to overall company success, as well as the different ways in which you can collaborate with internal stakeholders.

As you learn, you will quickly start to do - your list responsibilities will quickly grow as you grow within the role. With every month that goes by, your sales tool kit will grow but it's not just theory! Profile

The successful B2B Enterprise Sales sales candidate will hae the following characterisitics:

  • You have some limited B2B/B2C sales experience or are looking for an entry level role that will launch and accelerate you sales career.
  • You are proactive and ambitious - rather than waiting to be told what to do, you will be asking the question "What's next?"
  • You are a sponge - this role would suit someone with an extraordinary thirst for, and ability to retain knowledge.
  • You are a doer - equipped with the knowledge, you will be ready to throw yourself into any, and all tasks without hesitation on reservation.
  • A positive mental attitude is a must - "if you think you can, you can. If you think you can't, you're right!"
  • You are resilient - a career in sales is very rewarding, but it isn't easy - you will get knock-backs, you will get rejected, you will have lows - it's not how often you get knocked down, it's how ready you are to get back up.
  • You are articulate, presentable and have high levels of emotional intelligence - sales is the art of presentation and communication.
  • You are organised - this role will involve juggling a high number of tasks simultaneously whilst maintain pace and accuracy of work.
  • You have a high level of numeracy - at the end of the day, sales is about numbers.
  • You will be inquisitive, both in the role and with your interaction with your clients.
  • A degree qualification is desirable, but not essential - the most important characteristics are ambition, drive and desire.
