Title: Sales Support Admin

Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide customer support to clients and stakeholders regarding products and services.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input sales information, campaign details, and customer data into the internal systems.
  • Sales Report Assistance: Help compile sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics for various campaigns.
  • Team Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
  • CRM Updates: Ensure customer information is accurately maintained in the CRM system, keeping records up-to-date.

Skills:

  • Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy sales environment.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively (will be liaising with teams situated in different time zones)
  • Good team player and experience of dealing with complex administrative tasks
  • High attention to detail and concern for accuracy
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Languages useful, depending on territory
  • To be pro-active and demonstrate initiative
