We are currently seeking a Sales Support Agent , We are a modern travel agency who blend market leading technology with the best sales and service people in the travel industry. If you are a Sales Support or Customer Service Agent looking for something new, then this is for you.

The Job:* Ensuring all bookings have all key elements completed (confirmation, balance collection, traveler details and vouchers) with the customer ready to depart.* To manage any amendments to trips from operators and update any documentation.* Contacting customers to add on products to their booking such as accommodation, flights, transfers etc.* Assisting the sales team for holiday leave and enquiry management.* Assisting with optimising the post booking admin procedures and identifying areas to automate.* Supporting the sales team in conversion maximisation and post booking administration* Providing market leading customer service.* Ensure all balance collections are followed with clear notification of any failures.* Ensure all traveler details are completed. Contact customers who have not completed in good time before departure.* Ensure customers are sent all final joining instructions.* Maximise the sales of ancillary products through contacting customers.* Liaise with operators on tailor made holiday quote build and details.* Liaise with operators adding any extra elements to bookings (eg: accommodation, transfers etc., confirming and adding to the booking record.* Perform Quality Control checks on bookings to ensure all details are present and correct.* To assist the finance team with Trust payments & release protocols

Skills Required:* Your degree educated and competent in Word and Excel.* You're responsible and a self-starter.* You are disciplined enough to manage yourself.* You are responsible enough to understand the protection of cash flow and keeping costs down.* You know the difference between 'cheap' and 'good value'.* You take ownership and live and die by your decisions.* You solve problems.* You hit deadlines.* You're a great team member, you're good at communicating your plans, talking about problems, challenges, fun stuff and bad stuff.* You ask for help.* You're honest and have integrity.* You enjoy life.
