This new role will focus on driving the growth and development of our client’s market between £500k and £1.5m. You'll have at least three years' experience working in a similar role and be looking to take the next step in your career. Most importantly of all is that you have a can-do attitude, are keen to succeed individually and as part of a team and take pride in the work that you do.

Is this you?
• At least 3 years’ experience as a sales negotiator with a track record of achieving targets• Self-motivated, target and goal driven individual• Experience of pitching for business• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to lead and understand business development• Experience in speaking with solicitors and good knowledge of the residential sales conveyancing process• Empathetic with client’s needs and a wish to offer un-paralleled client care• Team player, confident with clients and purchasers, organised and reliable• Excellent presentation skills• Adaptable and able to think on your feet, enthusiastic• Full, clean UK driving licence.
This fantastic opportunity will provide an attractive basic salary of up to £38,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £60,000 to £70,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus! A car allowance will also be provided.Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and you will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis (1 in 4).
