Salesforce Consultant (Fixed Term-Contract) required by a leading research organisation based near Covent Garden and paying up to 55K. The client is seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to support an ongoing implementation project. You will work alongside an internal project team and a trusted Salesforce partner, guiding the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions for the companies membership, events, and examination processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Configure Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and integrate with third-party applications such as Findock, EMMA, GoCardless, Stripe, and Experian.
  • Support the full project lifecycle: scoping, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Configure work-flows, dashboards, reports, process automation, and security permissions to optimise user experience and data management.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in delivering Salesforce solutions, particularly in the membership sector (Salesforce certifications).
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with third-party app integrations and working through full project lifecycles.
  • Solid understanding of Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to configure data views, work-flows, security, and automation to align with best practices.
