We are currently supporting a consulting client who are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their practice. You willenhance customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and deliver effective and well-designed solution outcomes. Responsibilities include:
Lead and facilitate discovery and design workshops to gather and document client requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyse client needs and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders to design Salesforce solutions and processes that meet business requirements, focusing on functionality and user experience.
Contribute to the estimation process for project phases, including discovery, pre-build, and build, ensuring accurate and feasible timelines.
You will need to blend, client management, functional, business analyst and commercial skills.
