We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our luxury tile company, showcasing high-end products in our elegant showroom. This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional who excels in a customer-focused environment and has a flair for design and aesthetics.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Greet and engage with customers in the showroom, providing a high level of customer service and a memorable shopping experience.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations on luxury tile selections.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the quality and uniqueness of our range.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including follow-ups, quotations, and closing sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new product releases, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the design team to offer bespoke solutions for clients’ projects.
  • Keep the showroom presentable, ensuring that displays are attractive and that all products are accurately priced and described.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years proven sales experience essential in tile, bathroom or ceramics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
  • A keen eye for design and detail, and the ability to convey the value of luxury products.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed to accommodate client appointments.
