SAP Assessor (London)

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000

This sustainability and energy consultancy based in London are seeking a SAP Assessor to join the team on a range of commercial and housing projects. You'll be provided with the resources and support necessary to continue your professional development and expand your skills.

The SAP Assessor selected will be offered:

As a SAP Assessor you will be delivering sustainability and energy advice across the construction industry to ensure Part L compliance and EPCs are delivered. You'll also be developing procedures to increase efficiency within the company and contributing to the training, development and mentoring of junior team members. Other responsibilities include providing consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage, and contributing to business development.

To be considered for this SAP Assessor role you must:

  • Be OCDEA accredited with good experience carrying out SAP Assessments.
  • Have good knowledge of planning and Part L building regulations.
  • Live in or near to London.
  • Have a full right to work in the UK.
