The RoleAs our SEN School Administrator, you will:
- Support SEN Coordination: Assist the SENCO with maintaining accurate records, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation for EHCP reviews.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage daily office tasks, including updating student records, handling correspondence, and organizing timetables.
- Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for parents, carers, and external agencies, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
- Data Management: Maintain the SEN register and support the compilation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Help organize training sessions, workshops, and meetings for staff and parents.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in an educational setting.
- A strong understanding of SEN and the challenges faced by students and families.

- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and school management software (experience with SIMS is a plus).
