Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone at this school. As a key team member, you will provide essential support to staff, students, and visitors, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. Your main responsibilities will include:

Utilising your prior experience in school or facilities caretaking to make an immediate impact.

Assisting in the effective management and upkeep of the school property.

Collaborating closely with the Site Manager to address caretaking and site management needs.

Ensuring the school’s machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.

Preserving the internal and external appearance of the school, creating a pleasant and safe environment.

Supporting the maintenance of the school's infrastructure, furnishings, and equipment to ensure excellent functionality.

Delivering outstanding service to all school users and visitors, with a strong focus on security and health and safety.

Overseeing the opening or closing of the school site during your scheduled early or late shifts.

Participating in professional development training provided by the school to enhance your skills.
What We Offer:

Shifts: Work 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.Â

Paid overtime for any hours worked after 8PM
