Are you a practical, reliable individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility? We are looking for a dedicated School Caretaker to join our team at a prestigious school in Central London and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, and general facilities to ensure a safe, functional environment.
Oversee cleaning and upkeep of classrooms, corridors, bathrooms, and outdoor areas to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ensure the security of school premises by managing building access, alarms, and conducting safety checks on equipment and fire systems.
Maintain school grounds, including lawn care and garden upkeep, ensuring safe, accessible outdoor areas.
Support health and safety standards by inspecting facilities, reporting hazards, and keeping maintenance records.

Key Requirements

Experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, and basic repairs.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the school premises.
Knowledge of security systems and ability to monitor building access and safety protocols.
Capability to carry out manual tasks, including groundskeeping and lifting.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to identify and report hazards.
