An Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' secondary school, located in the heart of Ealing is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Medical Officer to join our team in January. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to support and manage the school medical room while working as part of an exceptional team.
School Medical Officer Job Overview:
- Provide first aid and respond to medical issues for students and staff as needed.
- Oversee and manage the school's medical room, ensuring it is well-organised and fully equipped.
- Support the health and well-being of the students of Ealing, offering care and reassurance in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of medical incidents and ensure compliance with school policies.
- Collaborate with staff to promote a safe and healthy school environment.
- Monitor and address minor medical concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with the implementation of health and safety standards, with further training provided as required.
- Provide guidance and support in line with the school's commitment to student welfare.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding health-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards (further training provided).

School Medical Officer Requirements:
