Are you an organized and proactive individual looking for a rewarding role within the education system? Join our team as a School Receptionist at a prestigious school in East London, and provide essential administrative support to the teaching staff and Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to staff in the main and finance offices as needed.
  • Manage reception duties, including answering calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, and handling queries.
  • Assist with administrative support for teaching and learning activities.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Perform general office duties, including typing for various departments and staff, and basic first aid procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Effectively communicate with students, parents, staff, and visitors in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth front office operations.
