We are looking for a highly motivated and client-focused individual with exceptional communication skills. As a key point of contact for our members, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth operations within the membership department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage membership databases and process new membership applications
- Assist with the annual membership renewal process
- Take minutes during Membership Committee meetings and attend sports club meetings
- Assist with generating company invoices and managing subscription payments
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client-facing experience
- An interest in sports is a plus
