The ideal Scrub Nurse/Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner candidate should have:
  • Registered Nurse/ODP qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in surgical practice including perioperative and orthopaedic experience
  • Evidence of clinical reasoning and sound decision-making skills across a varied patient case mix
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
