Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable client in the Investment Management sector to support them on a key hire within their Operations and Regulatory Technology team.

We require an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead to drive key tecnnology change projects that are linked to regulatory reporting and change. You will oversee one Scrum consisting of Developers and Data/Business Analysts and be responsible for leading ceremonies, retrospectives and sprint planning. You will also play a key role in partnering with the business to fully understand requirements and timescales to then deliver that message to the team.

Due to the nature of the projects and work you will be overseeing, we require a Scrum Master who is comfortable in adjusting deliverables in line with priorities. Each initiative may have a timescale attached to it, you will need to be aware of these restrictions and the impact it has on agility whilst maintaining core agile principles with the team.

A key part of this role will be driving process improvements forward and improving agility with the analysis team.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience working as a Scrum Master or as an Agile Delivery Lead
  • Experience working in the Asset/Investment Management sector
  • A high level knowledge of regulations and experience supporting regulatory projects
  • Highly organised individual who is personable and able to build good relationships within the team and with stakeholders
  • Jira/Confluence experience

This is an initial 12 month contract and you will be required to work on site in London 3 days per week. The role has been deemed inside IR35.
