- Proactively manage and maintain fee-earners diaries, scheduling meetings and co-ordinating client meetings
- Organising travel arrangements, ordering currency, dealing with expense claims and preparing travel itinaries
- Administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and printing
- Organising document management, including closing of files
- Experience working as a Secretary within a professional services environment. Legal experience would be desireable
- Knowledge of client relationship management systems
- Client service orientated approach
- Advanced communication at all levels
