The Role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join the school's specialist SEND Unit. The successful candidate will:?? Start the day at the breakfast club (08:00 - 09:00), ensuring a positive and engaging start for pupils.?? Support SEND pupils across KS1 and KS2, providing tailored interventions and 1:1 support.?? Assist with individual learning plans, helping pupils progress academically, socially, and emotionally.?? Work closely with teachers and the SENCO, ensuring an inclusive and high-quality learning experience.
The Ideal Candidate:? Proven experience supporting SEND pupils in a primary school setting.? Strong knowledge of SEND best practices and effective intervention strategies.?
