An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Acoustician to join a global multidisciplinary consultancy in their London office. With over 5,000 staff members across six continents, with engineering services that provides guidance and support to a wide range of industries.

Requirements for this post are; a degree qualification in Acoustics or closely related discipline within a Noise and Vibration content, a minimum of 5 years' commercial experience in acoustic consultancy, membership of the Institute of Acoustics, and an up to knowledge of regulations.

Duties-

* Undertaking noise and vibration surveys on infrastructure and power generation projects.
* Mentoring junior staff.
* Using modelling softwares.
* Inputting into business development plans.
* Project management from preplanning to completion.
* Liaising between clients and industry contacts.
* Writing highly technical reports.
* Compiling data for environmental statement chapters.
* Data collation, analysis and interpretation.

You need to be an excellent communicator and have high numerical skills, along with the tenacity and drive to learn skills, you will also have the opportunity to develop your career on a more commercial level and progress onto principal level work.
