With projects spanning from life science, commercial, education and residential, you will be sure to work on an exciting range of projects across the world across the RIBA plan of work.

Key Responsibilities:
路Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for mixed-use developments.
路Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
路Ensure designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
路Engage in client consultations, presenting design proposals and incorporating feedback.
路Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
路Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mixed-use design.
Qualifications and Requirements:
路Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
路Proven experience in designing and managing mixed-use projects.
路Strong Revit experience is essential, along with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
路Strong conceptual and design skills with an ability to translate ideas into tangible outcomes.
路Excellent communication and presentation skills.
路Understanding of sustainable design principles and experience integrating them into projects.
路ARB Registration is preferred but not essential
