- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead asbestos surveys and re-inspections
- Conduct air monitoring and clearance testing
- Oversee removal projects
- Produce technical reports
- Manage client relationships
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead project delivery
- Support team development
Essential Requirements
- BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualification
- Extensive surveying experience
- Air monitoring expertise
- Five GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C+)
- Security clearance eligibility
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
