Our client, a prestigious law firm in London, is hiring for a Senior Associate to join their Tier 1 L500, Chambers ranked Private Client team.
The firm are renowned for their private wealth expertise, working with clients both in the UK and internationally.
This position offers the opportunity to join a highly regarded team, working closely alongside numerous partners to advise HNW and UHNW individuals . Duties will include:
- Complex estate planning for clients with assets in the UK and aboard
- Handling the administration of cross border estates (including advising on inheritance tax relief)
- Preparing lasting Powers of Attorney and advising on capacity matters
- Advising on UK trust structures, drafting trust documents, and taxation of trusts (onshore)
The firm are looking to hire someone with:
- 6+ years PQE from a similarly ranked department
- Excellent client facing skills
- The ability to work enthusiastically as part of a team as well as assume high-levels of responsibility to deliver excellent client service
