This is a fantastic agency who are focused on exploring new perspectives through their media planning and buying. They blend data, technology and specialists in order to deliver the best possible ROI for their clients. They have global presence and you'll be working within a dedicated AV team to deliver best in class AV campaigns for household brands.

The role:

• You will buy market leading advertising campaigns across TV, VOD, Radio and Cinema across a number of the agency's leading clients.
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the team, clients and media owners.
• Negotiating with media owners to ensure target audiences are reached and the client achieves the best results at the best price - negotiating late changes, one off spots and extra value deals.
• Creating post-campaign analysis reports, ensuring KPIs and audit specifics are achieved. Presenting this both internally and externally.
• Keeping on top of market developments within AV and completing all learning and development opportunities.

You:

• You will have at least 1 year of experience in an AV department in a media agency. You will be a strong AV media buyer, ideally with implementational planning experience.
• Proficient in use of all buying systems including Caria, Prisma, Mediaoceon, Spot Dashboard, Addynamix, Techedge and or Infosys.
• Have proven strong communication skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone, with existing media owner relationships.
• You will be a hard-worker, who is dedicated and conscientious with the ability to learn quickly.
• You will be a fantastic team player who enjoys getting involved with team socials, helping out team members and being a positive member of the team.
