WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Prepare bread, focaccia, rolls and other bread items for Eatalys restaurants and retail operations.
- Ensuresall foods prepared meets quality standards in terms of portion size, flavor, texture, and consistency.
- Follows proper proofing and baking techniques for each variety of bread.
- Mixing, weighening and shaping the dough, working with fresh ingredients and producing everything from scratch.

WERE LOOKING FOR
- Bakery experience in a professional environment in an high volume production bakery.
- Strong baking skills working with fresh ingredients from mixing ingredients to shaping and baking the dough.
- Availability to work on site with a flexible rota covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Shifts for this role will typically start between 4am and 5am.
- Experience with fast paced and high demand environment.
