Key responsibilities of the Senior Building Physics Consultant:

• Overseeing and delivering thermal comfort and overheating assessments, particularly using Dynamic Thermal Modelling.
• Collaborating with Design Analysts to generate accurate 3D models and conduct data analysis.
• Producing high-quality technical reports and providing strategic advice to clients.
• Managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting the company's expertise in wind and building physics.
• Identifying business opportunities and supporting the company's growth strategy.

The ideal Senior Building Physics Consultant will have:

• Extensive experience in Dynamic Thermal Modelling and overheating assessments.
• A deep understanding of ventilation strategies for complex buildings, along with the aerodynamic and thermodynamic principles that underpin them.
• Proven success in client-facing roles, with a strong background in professional consultancy.
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience in preparing complex technical reports.
• Strong project management abilities, adept at managing multiple deadlines and balancing stakeholder expectations.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
• A passion for mentoring and leading others, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
