A Consultancy that specialises in CDM Principal Design is seeking an experienced Senior CDM Consultant. They are known for their interesting project portfolio which will provide exposure to iconic London landmarks. While working from a scenic area of London on a hyrbid pattern, you would become an integral member of the companies team and aid less experienced staff, whilst having the chance to progress yourself within the consultancy and further home your technical ability.

The Senior CDM Principal Designer Role

As a Senior Principal Designer, you will manage varied trusted clients. You'll collaborate closely and support a dedicated team of CDM and Health & Safety professionals as you guide clients towards Design Safety protocols.

The Senior CDM Principal Designer Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
