About the Role:
As a Senior Commis Runner, you will be at the heart of our bustling restaurant operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of dishes from multiple kitchens. You will play a pivotal role in managing back-of-house operations, maintaininghigh standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Additionally, you will engage with our guests through captivating food storytelling, enhancing their overall experience. What Were Looking For:
A proactive and professional individual capable of coordinating the delivery of dishes from multiple kitchens in a high-volume restaurant.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills to ensure smooth service flow and quick table turnover.
Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and provide clear, engaging explanations of dishes to guests.
A basic knowledge of food and beverage service with a willingness to learn more.
Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, preparing BOH areas, and ensuring all crockery and cutlery are polished and ready for service.
Punctuality, a well-groomed appearance, and adherence to company standards and procedures.
