- Energy-saving advice, like supporting people with switching suppliers or suggesting energy-efficient times to use power.
- Practical support, including installing energy-saving light bulbs or simple draught-proofing (you’ll receive training for these easy-to-implement solutions).
- Accessing grants or bill support, such as applying for grants for white goods or cavity wall installations or helping with bill write-offs.
- You’ll manage a small team, dedicating one day a week to shadow team members on their visits and having them shadow you, ensuring best practices are followed.
