Key Responsibilities:- Bid Management: Oversee bid preparation and ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and approvals are submitted on time.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide the estimating team, ensuring accurate and efficient cost planning for all projects.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and precise estimates for labour, materials, equipment, and overheads.
- Budget Control: Ensure all project costs align with the budget and provide cost certainty throughout tenders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify project details and ensure accuracy.
