Senior Estimator - West London
Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team.
They are looking for an Estimator to join the team with experience working on high end residential refurbishments. You will spend a lot of time out on site with clients and so must be comfortable in a client facing role. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an already established contractor with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to progress.
The ideal Estimator will have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Estimator on high end resi projects
- Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel, Office and Bluebeam.
- Must have management experience, with the ability to lead and oversee project
- Experience in bid management or preparing tender presentations is ideal, with the ability to ensure cost certainty and discuss project pricing during tender meetings.

- Salary: 70-80,000
