Senior Estimator 80k-90k + package required for Regional Contractor based in Central London

One of my long-standing contractor clients is looking for a Senior Estimator to work within their team on tenders across various sectors including residential, education, commercial etc.

You'll come from a main contracting background, preferably with experience in the above projects / sectors and be able to price from first principles, including taking off using SMM7.

The client uses Causeway and Bluebeam software, so experience using those packages is essential.

The contractor is a family run business which has been successful over many years and a good company to work for who look after their staff.

The role is office-based with some hybrid working as requireed.
