Role: Senior Flavourist

Salary: £70k to £85k - depends on candidate, will consider less for junior candidates,

Location: London

Work pattern: 5 days a week onsite, Monday to Friday - 8:30am til 5pm

---Responsibilities:- enhancing the existing portfolio of blends, formulations & flavours

- ensuring the successful launch of new product lines & collaborating with other colleagues + clients to develop the category further through innovation

- creating next generation flavours to address market dynamics and changing consumer tastes

- pitching your concepts to clients

- where possible, mentor and train other members of the team

Requirements:

- previous experience in creating flavours within predefined timeframe, quality + cost criteria

- confidence to present to, and consult clients to influence the end product through your own knowledge & experience

- Food Science / Organic Chemistry degree
