Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance Group budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on client profitability and net working capital analysis
  • Lead the preparation and submission of forecasts and budgets with an emphasis on accuracy and insights
  • Develop management packs highlighting key performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decisions
  • Partner with budget holders, trading teams, and agencies to improve forecast quality and timeliness
  • Collaborate with senior financial and commercial teams to refine insights
