We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IT Engineer to provide 3rd level support and complete ad-hoc project work based on the Microsoft platform. You will need at least 2 years' experience working in a 3rd Line Support role. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our clients' IT systems, delivering top-tier support, and driving technical projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert 3rd level support to legal firms, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

- Manage and execute ad-hoc IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments based on the Microsoft platform.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and legal technology to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.

- Document all technical work, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records for future reference.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Senior IT Engineer, preferably within a managed service provider or legal firm environment.

- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft platform, including Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

- Experience in managing and executing IT projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

- Relevant IT certifications are highly desirable.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
