- Act as a trusted Senior IT Engineer, resolving 2nd/3rd line technical issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical challenges with minimal supervision.
- Manage and support Google Workspace & Microsoft 365, including SharePoint administration.
- Configure and deploy Intune for device management and security.
- Work with ticketing platforms such as Autotask, Connectwise, or ServiceNow.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and non-technical manner to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and manage workload effectively.
- Experience in SharePoint & Teams administration.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and command-line interfaces.
- Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID, including MFA resets.
