Salary up to £60,000+

Location - Liverpool Street

This firm is the go-to for many of the world's leading corporations, global financial institutions and investment funds and they are looking for a highly experienced Legal PA to support their Restructuring team.

The role will support two Partners, a Special Counsel and 3 Associates with the Partners really leaning on their Legal PA so they are looking for someone with excellent legal experience and a calm, resilient and professional persona.

Duties will include:

  • Diary management, arranging meeting and scheduling conference calls
  • Organising travel and preparing itineraries
  • Creating, proof reading and amending documents
  • Organising, scanning and maintaining emails and documents with the document management system
  • Preparation and coordination of monthly client bills
  • Conducting conflict checks and Companies House searches
  • File opening and due diligence, liaising with clients to schedule a time for them to come in with required ID documents
  • Arranging/managing business development events (internally and externally) by:
  • Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets for various projects
  • Managing emails and client contact lists
  • Assisting with Legal 500 and Chambers submissions

Previous experience within a law firm is a must, ideally from a US one but they're not set on this. As for Legal knowledge, a solid background in Restructuring would be great but they will consider any form of Corporate or Litigation experience too.
