Senior Lettings Valuer

We are recruiting for a Senior Lettings Valuer on behalf of a prestigious and fast-growing estate agency based in Battersea.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a in the high-end lettings market, while offering a generous financial package and no weekend work.

• They are a single office agency, situated within a beautiful new build, in the middle of the Embassy Gardens Development
• Very high performing agency, banking £2M+ this year
• Ambitious leader with plans, and the strategic acumen, to deliver on his £3.5M 3-year target
• Currently there are 4 skilled negotiators, with 1-2 more to join.

What's on offer

• Basic salary: £30,000
• OTE: £60,000+ first year (uncapped commission)
• Commission Structure: £250 per instruction + 10% once they are let
• Working hours: 9:00-18:00 Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience and a proven track record of success in property valuing within London's lettings market.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients, you will be dealing with international landlords, developers, and portfolio landlords.
• Knowledgeable About the London Property Market: Preferably within Battersea & surrounding areas and high-end property.
• Target-Oriented: Capable of meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (valuations & instructions).
• Sales Process Savvy: In-depth understanding of the lettings process and relevant legislation.
• Client-Focused: Committed to surpassing client expectations.
