We're seeking a Senior Developer to lead technical design and development, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the growth of cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics 365 offerings. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer, you will:
- Design and implement scalable D365 ERP customisations and integrations tailored to client needs.
- Own low-level solution design, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with client technical teams and Microsoft Fast Track architects.
- Mentor and develop junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Explore integration with new technologies such as AI and cloud-based sustainability solutions.
- Represent your team as a technical thought leader and ERP expert.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience with full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including X++ and .NET development.
- Expertise in integration architecture, Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and integrating external systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with a focus on delivering results.
- UK residency for the past 5 years (required for Security Clearance).
