A leading Commodities Trading Firm is seeking a Senior Openlink/Endur Developer with expertise in C# and Open Components/JVS for a permanent, hybrid position in London.
The salary for this role is £140,000, with some flexibility based on experience.
Candidates should have significant back-end development experience, particularly with .Net 6+, Rest APIs, and SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase databases.
In-depth knowledge of Openlink JVS, ReportBuilder, and messaging technologies like MQ/JMS is also required.
Applicants should demonstrate a solid understanding of API design, development fundamentals, and modern application building with C#.

Requirements

Expertise of back-end development to include most of the following:

C#
.Net 6+
Rest API's incorporated with SQL Server, Oracle or Sybase DB
SOAP based web services
In depth knowledge of scripting using Openlink JVS, ReportBuilder
Connex, Open Components, WebServices Gateway
Messaging technologies like MQ/JMS
Understanding and applicability of design patterns
Github, Jira, Crucible, Confluence
Entity Framework

Demonstrate a good understanding of:

API Design and development fundamentals
API testing using tools such as Swagger
Good SQL/Sybase knowledge
Building modern applications with C#
Modern design principles. e. Able to take initial design direction and interpret those guidelines to finalize the design through to a solution
