A well-established Construction Consultancy, offering a range of successful services, is seeking a Senior Principal Designer to lead a long-standing client portfolio and take on an exciting new redevelopment project. This role provides a dynamic blend of managing ongoing projects while shaping a significant, large-scale initiative. You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy and the flexibility to plan your own schedule, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Typically, employees work from the office around twice a week.

The Senior Principal Designer Role

As a Principal Designer you will work within the portfolio of clients, both long-standing and new work. There will be a team of CDM Advisors, Architects and Fire Risk Assessors to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful Senior Principal Designer Will Have:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required), Degree level Design Qualifcation (preffered)
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in CDM roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
