Role: Senior Private Jet Charter Broker
Salary: Competitive (Discussed Upon Application)
Location: Central London, UK
Hours: Full-time, 3 - 4 days in the office, standard 9am - 5pm (flexible)


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a client portfolio by acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking, and handling inbound inquiries.
  • Demonstrate expertise in aircraft and chartering procedures.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, aircraft operators, and suppliers.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of charter bookings, from inquiry to completion.
  • Oversee the flight process, ensuring smooth flight departures.
  • Engage in travel for sales visits, industry events, flight representations, and ride-alongs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated with a proven sales track record.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Private Jet Sales.
  • Ability to meet and exceed annual targets.
  • Resilient under pressure with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible with working hours and capable of adapting to various situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in a second language being an advantage.
  • Full UK driver's license and eligibility to work in the UK.
