What You Can Expect

Main Responsibilities as a Senior QHSE Advisor

  • Conduct risk assessments and evaluate potential risk reduction strategies.
  • Provide operational support and advice to managers and employees on client issues and employee health.
  • Perform internal compliance audits and handle subsequent administrative tasks, such as Corrective and Preventive Action closeouts.
  • Collect and compile QHSE data monthly.
  • Develop and support the creation of company policies, procedures, and related documentation.
  • Produce management reports, newsletters, and bulletins.
  • Maintain accident/incident reports and data.
  • Assist with document control.

Core Experience, Skills, and Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally in a start-up or scale-up.
  • NEBOSH health & safety general certificate or Level 3 NVQ.
  • Internal Auditor qualification in at least one of the standards, ISO 9001, 45001, or 14001.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and the implementation and maintenance of a document management system in both office and operational environments.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent working knowledge of computers.
