Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to lead a £25 million Cut & Carve Commercial Office Scheme in South West London.
The project involves adding an extra floor to the existing structure, full façade replacement, and complex groundwork and strengthening works.
You will work closely with a Commercial Director and have Project QS's available for support.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £100,000 along with a bonus scheme and additional benefits.
Candidates should possess significant experience in similar projects, ideally with a focus on commercial office developments.

We are looking for a Senior QS who will be tasked to spearhead a 25million Cut & Carve Commercial Office Scheme in South West London.

The scheme will be comprise of adding 1 extra floor to existing structure, full faade replacement and some very complex ground work/strengthen works to the existing building.

You will be leading this project with a Commercial Director within an arms distance but also have Project QS's at your disposal.

In return you will see a generous salary up to 100k plus a bonus scheme and package.
