The role involves overseeing projects such as a £12 million strip out and fit out of a four-storey house in Belgravia and a £4 million fit out of a grade listed apartment in Knightsbridge.
As a Senior QS, you will manage multiple projects with an Assistant reporting to you and will report directly to the Commercial Director.
The position requires past experience working on high-end residential projects in London.
The salary for this role ranges from £75,000 to £100,000 plus a package, with candidates needing to have relevant experience.

As the Senior QS you could see yourself working on multiple projects with an Assistant working below you. Reporting into the Commercial Director. Based in the office, visiting sites as required.

Salary: 75,000 - 100,000 + Package.
