Responsibilities in this role are:路Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial & Legal services leads and viewings.路Carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible.路Managing your clients (as well as your colleague鈥檚 clients), keeping them updated at all times and providing and exceptional level of service.路Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange.路Constantly looking to improve our market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business.
Ideally you will have:路Previous 4 years experience (recent) in Estate Agency路Worked in the Fulham/Chelsea/Kensington/Knightsbridge areas/markets路Able to generate new business路A strong work ethic路A successful track record in your academic and professional life路A desire to grow as an individual路Hungry for success路Is eager to learn new things路Thrives in a busy environment路A full UK driving licence and your own car
Job Type: Full-time路Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9.30-5.30pm路Saturdays - 9.30am - 3.30pm (1 in 3 with a day off in the week)
Package on offer-路Basic salary - 拢25,000-拢30,000 (dependant on experience)路Commission pay - Realistic OTE 拢70,000
