Sonic Summary

My client, a respected independent agency, is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in the Deptford area.
The role requires working 5 days per week and offers a basic salary of circa £25,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate can expect an OTE of £50,000 in the first year, with a realistic OTE of £70,000 thereafter, plus 10% commissions on sales and instructions.
Candidates must have at least 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator, along with a hard-working attitude and good customer service skills.
Additional requirements include a full UK Driver’s License, access to a car, and knowledge of the South East London area.

My client a well-respected independent agency are currently seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their close knit team in the Deptford area.

Working days:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work 5 days per week

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

Circa £25,000 basic salary DOE
OTE of £50,000 in 1st year
Realistic OTE of £70,000 after the 1st year
10% commissions on sales and instructions

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator must have:

At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator
Hard-working attitude
Ambitious
Career driven
A Team Player, but with individual flair
Good customer service skills
Full UK Driver’s License & access to own car
Knowledge of the South East London area

Greeting buyers & vendors
Registering customers
Matching requirements & arranging viewings
Calling out new properties
Valuation generation
Negotiating offers
Accompanied Viewings
